I adopted Dakota from the Cookeville/Putnam County Animal Shelter over 2 years ago. She was just 8 weeks old when I adopted her, she came in as a stray. I dont know what I would do without her!

she has flea allergies, so the vet told me to give her a benadryl to keep her from scratching and so I did, she ran around the house wide open for almost 45 minutes. She was so hyper, I thought it would make her sleep, guess not!

I adopted Shay from the Cookeville/Putnam County Animal Shelter about a year ago. She was about 10 weeks old when I got her, she was brought in by her owners because they didn't have time for her.

I adopted Bella from the Cookeville Animal Shelter when she was about 8 weeks old. The people there say she actually picked me.

Well it actually just happened, I came home to find that 3 of my 4 dogs had escapted from the back yard!! Bella was the only one that wasn't waiting on the front porch for us. We found her after about a 30 min hike around the cow pasture right back where we started, she was sitting on a neighbors front porch as we were running franticly around getting wet in the rain,lol...

I adopted Nikki from the Cookeville/Putnam County Animal Shelter. She was adopted and brought back because of her behavor. We have never had one problem out of her.

My husband let her out without her leash and he spent 20 minutes chasing her through the field trying to catch her :)
