We got Max from a rescue shelter a little over a year ago. He was 11 months old when he came to us and just a bundle of energy. We hadn't had a young dog in 40 years. We'd always had a dog we rescued and all were up in age when we took them. (Only had 4 dogs in the 40 yrs we've been married.) Max is so much fun and he always puts a smile on our faces.
